【Job Responsibilities】

Client Development: Identify and develop new clients for industrial display panels, with a focus on key sectors including HMI, rail transit, and automotive.
Market Intelligence: Gather market and competitor intelligence to provide analysis on market trends and customer needs for the company.
Account Management: Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, provide standardized Innolux industrial display solutions, drive repeat orders and upselling, and achieve annual sales targets.
After-Sales Support: Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales service to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
【Qualifications】

Education: College or Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Prior sales experience in the industrial display panel sector is preferred.
Client Network: Possession of an existing client base and the ability to independently conduct sales activities is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Teamwork: Strong team collaboration spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical liaison with customers, debugging, and issue resolution during sample, trial production, and mass production phases.
Review FPC schematics and IC debugging code.
Perform failure analysis for customer cases (including on-site support when necessary) and coordinate technical support with original component manufacturers.
Assist customers in debugging display modules by providing software debugging, hardware troubleshooting, and other technical support.
Consolidate and organize product information, confirm and communicate product change notifications.
Qualifications:

College or bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering or related field.
Experience in debugging common Driver ICs such as ILITEK; minimum 3 years of R&D or FAE experience in the LCD display panel industry.
Experience in debugging incell (TDDI) displays is preferred.
Familiarity with industry-standard test fixtures (e.g., Guoyu); ability to interpret LCD/IC specifications and schematic diagrams.
Proficiency in using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and connector soldering.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Project management awareness is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute electronic design and validation for new projects and new technology development initiatives.
Support project costing/quotation and trial production phases.
Participate in analyzing and resolving quality issues during projects.
Understand the principles and manufacturing processes of key components, and collaborate with suppliers on new technology and component development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in electronic development for automotive display products.
Solid knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
Understanding of TFT display/touchscreen principles.
Familiarity with basic EMC concepts.
Ability to independently resolve technical issues.
